He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Hodge and Evelyn Hodge (Baker); and his sister Dolly Starkey. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hodge; his sons, Rickie Hodge and Eric Hodge (Pati); his grandchildren, Tristen Hodge and Paige Huff; and his great grandchild Brooklynn Hodge. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
