He was predeceased by: his daughter Lindsey B. White (Young); his stepmother Marilyn Young (Johnston); and his father-in-law Hugh E. Mace. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Mace; his son Andrew Young; his mother-in-law Donna Mace; his siblings, Rev. Ralph Young Jr. (Deb) of Versailles, KY., Barbara McKinley of State College, PA, Dorothy McCracken (Daniel) of Pittsburgh, PA. and Amy Campbell (Adam) of Houtzdale, PA.; his grandchildren, Kylie, Arianna and Brenden White; and also, Cathy Mace, Thomas Mace and Bob Mace (Connie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
