He is survived by: his mother Agnes Neisles; his siblings, Timothy Petty, Ralph Headley Jr., Tammy (Joe Fiori), Kimberly Salkeld, Dawn (Jeff Reynolds) and Shawn Bentivegna; his wife Phyllis Petty; and his pets, Coco and Belle. He is also survived by numerous stepchildren, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; his church family.
