He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela. He is survived by: his children, Nichole Cardinale and Scott Matthews; his granddaughters, Gina and Olivia; and his siblings, Janet Semonin (Michael), David Matthews (Melinda) and Robert Matthews (Patty).
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Duck Club.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Jeff's name toward a scholarship for a 2025 graduate of Waterloo School District.
