He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Milligan and Dorothy Milligan. He is survived by: his wife L. Marsha Milligan (Hanlon) of North Canton; his daughter Tracy Tully (Nick Pastore); his grandchildren, Layla and David Tully; and his siblings, Roberta Milligan, Julie Adams and Jim Coss.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Reed Funeral Home North Canton Chapel (801 Pittsburg Ave NW, North Canton, OH 44720). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
