With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean V. Matinides (Canton, Ohio), who passed away on July 1, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Olga Vafides (George Matinides) and Tomas Vafides; her children, Liz Sullivan (Mike) and Chris Matinides (Brenda); her grandchildren, Chris Sullivan, Michelle Petrak, Alexa Matinides, Brooke Matinides and Yiayia; and her great grandchildren, Dax, Bryn Sullivan and Cade Petrak.
She is survived by: her brothers, Alex Vafides (LaVerne) and Harry Vafides (Irene).
