She was predeceased by: her husband David II; and her son Andrew. She is survived by: her children, Dr. David III (Ana), Kathlynn Tuttle (Jeff), Laura Chapman (Don), Christopher (Trish), Bryan (Andrea), Marideth Nagy (Jim) and Noelle Lydic (Todd).
