He was predeceased by: his mother LeeAnn Mullins Prysock. He is survived by: his father James Prysock; his spouse Viktorija Galevska Prysock; his sons, Michael and Nicholas Prysock; his siblings, Jim Prysock, Tristan Prysock and Amy Herring; his grandmother Loretta Prysock; his parents-in-law, Mendo and Jovanka Galevski; his sister-in-law Sonja Galevska; and his niece Miya. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers we ask that donations be made for a college fund for Jason's sons.
