She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Harrod and Goldie Harrod (Corbet); her husband Fred Balzer; her brothers, Melvin Harrod and Ronald Harrod; and her great grandchild Ewan Doublestein.
She is survived by: her children, Vivian Doublestein (Barry) and Keith Balzer (Linda). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
