He is survived by: his sons, John Condon Goulet (Sandra Schleifer) and Zachary Mont Goulet (Jaclyn Adley); his grandson Charles Goulet (Charlie); and his siblings, William Goulet (Janice), Patricia Schielke (Kenneth) and Marybeth Connolly.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the American Cancer Society in Jim's name.
