He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sholtis and Ethel Sholtis; his son Rick; and his brothers, Arthur and Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Debbie (Rich) and Brian; his daughter-in-law Crystal; his grandchildren, Jeffery, Rachel and Sarah; and his pet Smokey.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Christian Church (6900 Market Ave N, Canton, OH 44721). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
