He is survived by: his daughters, Patty Enos, Dianna Conrad (Greg), Joan Lyons, Linda Wright (Warren) and Stephanie Creighton (Dan); and his brother Richard Cookson. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
