She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Anderson and Delia Anderson (Claypool); her husband Richard "Dick" Welch; and her children, Richard "Dickie" Jr., Timothy Welch and Barbara "Barb" Welch.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah "Debbie" Reighard (Samuel "Sam"); her son-in-law Robert "Rob" Frank; her granddaughter Nichole Welch (Alisha Reighard); and her great grandchild Alanna Morrison. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel (705 Raff Rd SW, Canton, OH 44710). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
