It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edmund J. Costello of Canton, Ohio, who passed away on December 14, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincenzo Costello and Antoinette Costello (Girardi); his wife Barbara Costello; and his siblings, Leonard, Anthony Costello, Fermina Moore, Mary Destefano and Arbenia "Arbie" Martino.
He is survived by: his siblings, Nick Costello, Shirley Picone and Nancy Houck. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Little Flower Catholic Parish (2040 Diamond St NE, Canton, OH 44721). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Edmund's name may be made to Little Flower Catholic Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
