He was predeceased by: his parents, Sara and Donald; and his brother Wayne Scott. He is survived by: his children, Joel Scott (DeeDee), Denise Utley and Chad Scott (Melissa); his grandchildren, Wade Scott, Jozie Neff (Cory), Arynn Scott, Lillian Scott, Noah Scott and Ryan Kennedy; his great grandchild Carter Neff; and his sister Shirlyn Ritchie (Larry). He is also survived by his family and friends.
