The passing of Delmer L. Wilson of Canton, Ohio leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on February 18, 2025 at the age of 75. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Albert and Virginia Irene Wilson; and his siblings, Albert Keith Wilson and Velma Jean Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Wilson; his children, Lloyd John Wilson (Kathryn), Robin Enochs (Paul), Isaac D. Wilson (Tina) and Carolyn Winemiller; his siblings, James Edward Wilson, Bruce Allen Wilson, Ronald Lewis Wilson, Faye Irene Buttermore, Diane Elaine Grim and Lesa Carol DeVore; and his friend Delmer. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and many great and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the RFH Canton - Chapel (801 Pittsburg Ave NW, North Canton, OH 44720). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel (705 Raff Rd SW, Canton, OH 44710). A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:15 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273).
In lieu of flowers, Delmer's family kindly requests that donations be made to honor Military Working Dogs, a cause close to his heart, reflecting his dedication to service.
