He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul and Myrna Slagle; his great-grandparents, Fred and Blanche Neisel; his cousins, Zachery Slagle and Randy Scafe; and his niece Ellie Miller.
He is survived by: his parents, David III and Lori Hughson III; his wife Anna; his daughter Cali; his parents-in-law, Lynn and Terri Miller; his siblings, Benjamin Fisher, Ashley Millington and Cortney Ayers (Patrick); his nieces and nephews, Jackson, LoriAnne and Claire Millington; his brother Samuel Fisher; his siblings-in-law, Adam (Kara Miller) and April (Mark Burkholder); his nieces and nephews, Ethan Miller, Sofia and Titus Burkholder; and his grandparents, David and Glenda Hughson Jr.. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
