He is survived by: his wife Regina (DiGiacomo); his sons, James and David Sparks; his granddaughters, Kamryn and Kendyl Sparks; his sister Carolyn Jones (Tom); his siblings-in-law, Annette and Gary Hand; and his nieces and nephews, Carmalee Hand-Cannane (Rick), Bethany Baughman (Tim), Gary Hand, Jr. (Emily) and Stephen Jones. He is also survived by great nieces, nephews and many cousins.
