He was predeceased by: his parents, Geneva Lowman, and Clarence Lowman, Sr.; his son Ron; and his great grandchild Genevieve Waltrip. He is survived by: his wife May Lowman; his children, Dean Lowman (Loretta), Sherry Sprankle (Jon) and Walter Lowman (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Erin Waltrip (Danny), Zac Sprankle (Courtney), Ethan Lowman (Kasey Climes), Tori Sprankle (Gabriel Taylor) and Hannah Lowman; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Mikayla Waltrip, Grady, Halli Sprankle and Bella Martinez.
