He was predeceased by: his mother Toni Carpenter (William); his grandmother Ardelia Costello; his sister Dawn Carpenter; and his sister-in-law Lorri Pringle. He is survived by: his wife Deanne Costello (Pringle); his child Ryan (Cheyenne); his grandchildren, Violet, Lillian, Gavin, Ryker and Juniper; his brother Billy Carpenter (Bonita); his nieces and nephews, Brittany Glota (Matt), Matthew Barth (Mary), Lorrin Radzik (Dave), Christopher Pringle (Wendy), Matthew Pringle, Lalia Barth and Matthew Barth Jr.; his sister Debbie Bettis; his brothers-in-law, Mark Pringle (Pat) and Don Pringle; and also Justin Costello.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Dueber Church.
