She was predeceased by: her parents, John Duffy and Rose Duffy (Diamond); her son Craig Ferguson; and her siblings, Kathy O'Neal, Jim and Michael Duffy.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith Ferguson and Kevin Ferguson (Jenny); her granddaughter Karley Ferguson; her siblings, Laura Clark (Dayton) and John "Jack" Duffy (Faye); and her grandchildren, Lincoln, Dayton and Colette. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Cecile was a dedicated homemaker while raising her family and later worked for JoAnn Fabrics, the Haines Company and North Canton Medical Foundation.
