He was predeceased by: his parents, Daisy Mae Peterson (Pryor) and Marvin Edwin Waggoner; his brother Bob Waggoner; and his nephew John Tedrick. He is survived by: his wife Mary Rita Waggoner (Riley); his sons, Scott Waggoner (Denise), Keith Waggoner (Lindsay) and Randy Waggoner (Kris); his grandchildren, Kayleigh Waggoner (Jake), Riley Waggoner, Jonathan Waggoner, Gabrielle Waggoner, Ellie Waggoner and Westin Newton; his great grandchild Alice Rose Eberhart; and his siblings, Charles Waggoner (Annete), Rollin Waggoner (Gabriele), Marvin Waggoner (Karen), Carolyn Tedrick, Sharon Mercer (Steve) and Kelly Peterson.
