She was predeceased by: her parents, Warfield Gouge and Nettie Gouge (Greene); her husband John Beach; and her siblings, Woodrow Gouge, L. H. Gouge, Lee Gouge, Lockie Gray, Lois Ellis and Ruby Johns.
She is survived by: her sons, David Beach (Sheila) and Timothy Beach (Cathy Gaw). She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Billie's name to Elara Caring Hospice or Fohl Memorial UMC.
