She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Clifford and Elby Clifford (Guss); her husbands, Chet Mason and Jerry Cunningham; her siblings, Shirley Risden, James, Robert and Jackie Clifford; and her grandchildren, Kayla Ford and Jesse Blankenship.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Blankenship (Randy), Art Ford (Laura), Johnny Ford and Ed Ford; her grandchildren, Jheri Kay Blankenship (Jason Whalen), Ashley Sofield (Chris), Alex Ford (Jessica), Ben Ford (Jennifer), Dana Emrick (Ross), Carly Withrow (Jared) and Grant Ford (Ashley); and her sister Delores Simonella.
