She was predeceased by: her parents, Massad Georges and Hoson Georges; her husband Charles Eassa Shaheen, Sr.; her son Charles E. Shaheen, Jr.; her siblings, Alice Long, Jeanette Martin, William S. and Carl Georges; and her son-in-law Michael Demchak.
She is survived by: her daughter Zana Demchak; her grandsons, David and Chuck Demchak of Sarasota; her sisters-in-law, Peggy Shaheen of Canton and Karen Shaheen of Columbus, Ohio.; her cousin Bea McPhearson; and her nephew Dr. Louis Shaheen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her name to St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church.
