She was predeceased by: her parents, David Betz and Anna Marie Betz (Ardmen); her husband Melvin "Mel" Teis; and her siblings, Preston Betz, Harold "Petey" Betz, David Betz Jr. and Jackie Bruder.
She is survived by: her children, David Teis (Jane), Dale Teis (Candy), Darlene Greene, Dean Teis, Denette Edwards (Bob) and Darren Teis; her grandchildren, Michelle, Michael, Jonathan, Kristy, Trish and Melissa; and her pet Holly. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
