He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Clark and Ruth Clark (Bernard). He is survived by: his siblings, Bradley Clark of Wooster, Curtis Clark (Jennifer) of Garrettsville, Deanna Clark of Wooster, Elena Bailey of Ft. Wayne, IN and Foster Clark (Richet) of Findlay. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
