She was predeceased by: her parents, Joshua Sr. and Beverly Brown Owens (Yancey). She is survived by: her spouse Jerry E. Moxley Sr.; her children, Jerry E. Moxley Jr. (Katina) of Austintown, Anthony Walker of Akron, Michael Walker (Laura) of Austintown, Joshua Moxley, Samuel Moxley, Rachael Moxley of Canfield, Jerrien Moxley of Atlanta, GA, Barbara Fears (Leonard) of Columbus, Michelle Moxley of Daytona, FL, Carmen Ikem (Lucky) of Columbus, Shawntell North (Rick) of Atlanta, GA and Megan Stringer of Warren; and her brothers, Joseph McPhale, Joshua Owens Jr. (Amanda) of McDonald and Bill Owens of Southington. She is also survived by many grandchildren, one great grandson and a host of relatives and friends.
