She was predeceased by: her husband Russell D. Broad; and her sisters, Virginia Williams and Maxine Price. She is survived by: her parents, Russell Bailey and Minnie Madge Bailey (Shook); her children, Ansley and Fred Broad (Anne) of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Kelly Affinito (James) and Jeff Broad (Christine); her great grandchild Ansley Affinito; and her sister Jean Simpson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Canfield United Methodist Church in Ruth's memory.
