He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Owen and Bernadette Arnold Owen; and his daughter Diana Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Walter; his pet Marmie; his children, Robert Owen Jr. of Canfield, Gretchen Sandlund (Kris) of Zanesville and Betsy Pecchia (Dan) of Canfield; and his grandchildren, Stephen, Timothy (Jenna), Emily, Jonathan Sandlund, Elizabeth Chandler (Kevin), Andy (Melanie), Erich Owen (Jael), Galina Pfister (Micha), Michelle Walter (Seraiah), Sara, Benjamin (Carlyn) and Nathan Pecchia.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home - Boardman-Canfield Chapel (3701 Starr Centre Dr, Canfield, OH 44406).
