He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest J. Valley and Helen Valley (Lesko); his wife Doris Burrows; and his brothers, Robert and Gary Valley.
He is survived by: his children, Terri Soukenik (Dave), Annette Valley and Rick Valley (Dawn); his brother Ernie Jr. Valley (Maryann); his grandchildren, Timothy Alexander, Jesse, Brooke, Brandi and Bree Valley; his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer, David and Andrew Soukenik; and his stepgreat-grandson Beau Beitzel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
