He is survived by: his children, Jean Kuper (Nick), Mark Kucalaba (Stacie), Joann Blakeman, Luke Kucalaba (Meghan) and June Kucalaba; his grandchildren, Nate, Lauren, Sarah, Elisa, Lexi, Drew, Emma, Jacob and Madeline; his sister Mary Ann Huwig (Vince); and his wife Linda Silverthorne Kucalaba.
