She was predeceased by: her parent Cecil Felton; and her brothers, Norman Felton and Leslie Felton. She is survived by: her parent Doris Felton (Ward); her husband Joseph C. Kramer; her sons, Thomas E. Kramer (Peggy) of Kent and Charles L. Kramer (Janet) of Struthers; her grandchildren, Patrick T. Kramer (Sandra), Bradley M. Kramer (Rosalie), Jordan C. Kramer and Aaron Mrvelj; her great grandchildren, Clayton, Carson, Claire Kramer, Ava, Giulia, Ana Mancuso and Emmanuel Kramer; and her siblings, Nancy J. Felton of Canfield and Gerald Felton (Margie) of Struthers.
