She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Smith and Herma Smith (Bogart); her husband William J. Ivany; her daughter Mary; and her grandsons, Brian and Ryan Ivany.

She is survived by: her sons, William J., Jr. (Kandi), Michael S. (Marianne), Thomas R. (Stefanie) and Jeffrey D. (Wendy); her brother Harry Smith Jr.; her grandchildren, Thomas Ivany (Haley), Kristen Diana (Brennan), Stephanie Grubbs (Nathan), Ashton and Max Ivany; her stepgrandchildren, Arica Debaggis (Justin), Kayla Lamagna (Kelly) and Nicole Lamagna; her great grandchildren, Kallie and Kaia; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Lincoln and Amelia.

Memorial contributions may be made in Pat's name to the Alzheimer's Association, 3711 Starr Centre Dr. Suite 4, Canfield, Ohio 44406.
