He was predeceased by: his mother Genevieve Moore; and his siblings, Judy Cottrell, Melvin Moore and Rick Moore. He is survived by: his wife Jessica Bertolini; his son Dominic Aeppli; his sisters, Patti Bergana (Dave) of Niles and Jennifer Moore of Niles; his nieces and nephews, DJ Bergana (Shannon), Shelly Miller (Kevin), Matteo, Paxton, Rowen, Sienna, Alexa and Brea; his mother-in-law Jacklyn Bertolini of Pittsburgh; and his brother-in-law Ralph Bertolini of Canfield.
