She was predeceased by: her father Floyd Stephens. She is survived by: her mother Nancy Stephens of Austintown; her husband Bob; her children, Lauren, Hayley and Ian; and her brothers, Chuck (Holly Dunbar) and Greg (Sheri Rucker).
