She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward and Thelma Ellen Brain (Cox); her husband Ronald James Jones; her son Ronald James Jamie'Jones Jr.; and her sister Diedra King.

She is survived by: her children, Kevin Jones (Lora) of Columbus and Jenn Hernandez (John) of Woodville.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to: The American Cancer Society.
