Rizer of Canfield, Ohio, born in Newburg, West Virginia, who passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Rizer and Rose Rizer (Fairell); and his son Tim Rizer. He is survived by: his wife Jean Canfield; and his daughter Jody Rizer of Canfield. He is also survived by two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
