He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert W. Snyder and Alice Snyder Ritts; and his sisters, Norma V. Snyder, Ruby Snyder Benson, Nita Snyder Slima, Sylvia Snyder Stuart and Elaine Snyder Strelau.

He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Adams Snyder.
