He is survived by: his wife Teresita Cizmar; his children, Michae Cizmar, Denise Ondash and Christine Cizmar; and his grandchildren, Angela Ceroli, Lauren Wilson, Carly Ondash and John-Michael Cizmar. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
