She is survived by: her children, Dr. Arthur H. Smith (Charisse) of Austintown and Marlana Opsitnik (Andrew) of Grove City, OH.; her siblings, Frank Pazel of Youngstown, George Pazel (Colleen) of Youngstown, Shirley Pesa (Paul) of Austintown and Marjorie Pazel of Apache Junction, AZ; her grandsons, Alexander, Nathaniel and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, Ava and Veda.
