He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Stevens and Eunice Dailey Stevens; and his sister Marilyn Kopchak. He is survived by: his significant other Ann Panko Stevens; his children, James Stevens, Jr. (Amy), Nicole Peters (Matt) and Mark Stevens; and his siblings, Edward Stevens Jr., Joann Parks, Lois Moore (Craig) and Michael Stevens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Al's family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. Anne Ukrainian Catholic Church 4310 Kirk Rd., Youngstown, Ohio 44511.
