He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Carter (Nick) and Roma Carter (Riddle). He is survived by: his wife Mary Carter (Stasky); his children, Joseph Carter (Rebecca) of Gibsonia, PA and Aimee Carter Smith (Bob) of Bay Village, OH; his sister Sarah Oetking (John) of Western Springs, IL; his cousin Hannah McCarthy of Greensburg, PA; and his grandchildren, Norah, Reid and Abby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Calling hours will be at St. Michael's Church in Canfield on Saturday, August 8th at 10 a. m. with a funeral mass of Christian burial immediately following at 11 a. m. Understanding the current state of Coronavirus, we understand if friends and family grieve safely from home.

In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to the Neil Kennedy Recovery Clinic in Youngstown.
