With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Pontikos (Canfield, Ohio), born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on July 17, 2018 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Pontikos and Ann Pontikos; and his brother Gus Pontikos. He is survived by: his wife Vasso Pontikos; his son Michael Pontikos (Carissa Benchwick) of Warren; his grandchildren, Taylor Pontikos, Alec Pontikos and Bailey Pontikos; and his siblings, John Pontikos (Debra Peluso) of Struthers and Eugenia Pontikos (Nicolas) of Canfield. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
