She was predeceased by: her parents, John Breese and Mary Breese (Briggs); and her siblings, Isabel Coast, Anna Jane "Midge" Daugherty and William Breese.
She is survived by: her husband George Scharsu; her sons, Douglas Scharsu (Rachelle) of Canfield and Alan Scharsu (Emily) of Mooresville, NC; her siblings, Helen "Scottie" Ferguson of Grove City and Paul Breese of Grove City; and her grandchildren, Abigail and Benjamin Scharsu. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
