He was predeceased by: his mother Mary; his father-in-law William Hicks; and his sister-in-law Deborah Hicks. He is survived by: his parent William "Mac"; his wife Susan Hicks; his children, Scott W. Herriott of Brooklyn, NY and Elizabeth Bell (Daryl) of Appleton, WI; his grandchildren, Nathan of Appleton, Isaac of Appleton, Charlotte of Appleton and Lydia Bell of Appleton; his brothers, Arthur Herriott (Polly) of Georgetown, Thomas Herriott (Laurel) of Bainbridge Island, WA and Walter Herriott (Barbara) of East Palestine, OH; his mother-in-law Marian Ellen Hicks of Dover, OH; and his sisters-in-law, Marcia Stuart (Lloyd) of Dover, OH and Lauren Shelley (Scott) of Easton, CT.
