He was predeceased by: his parents, George Welton and Edna Welton (Meyers). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis DeZee; his sons, Mark Welton (Kelli) of Boardman and Doug Welton (Sarah Hall) of Boardman; his grandchildren, Michael, Kayla, Matthew and Maxwell; and his siblings, Donna Lester of Salem, Larry Welton (Tina) of Salem, David Welton of Arizona and Rick Welton (Teresa) of North Jackson.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association in Dennis' name.
