She was predeceased by: her father Gary; and her grandparents, Francis Miller, Mildred Miller, Harry Sickle and Verna Sickle.
She is survived by: her mother Shirley Sickle; her siblings, Richard A. Sickle, Lori Cole (Chad) and Kelly Hawksley (William); her niece Joey Courtney; her nephews, William Hawksley, Anthony Hawksley and Jackson Cole; and her children, Adam, Danielle, Michael, Richard, Nicholas, Logan and Lena.
Her family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Denise's honor to Mt. Moriah Lutheran Church in Berlin Center, Ohio.
