It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Bannon of Canfield, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on July 20, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Charles Oliver Bannon; his grandparents, John Bannon and Lizzy Callahan Bannon; his son Charles John; his wife Joan; his children, Lisa Bannon-Steinmetz (George) and Breen O. Bannon (Elizabeth); his stepdaughters, Cathy Rarogiewicz (Michael) and Caren Compton; his grandchildren, Adam Bannon, John Bannon, Nell, Nicholas, John Steinmetz, Robert, Tiffany and Tabatha Rosenberg; his great grandchild Jack Bannon; his sister Mary Louise Seckler; his stepmother Leora Early Bannon; his brother Michael; and his nephew Charles John Bannon. He was also cherished by 10 uncles, aunts and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to ALS-TDI, Beatitude House, or the Rescue Mission of Mahoning County.
