She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Philip and Esther Mabel Gaukel (Spire); and her siblings, Rita Hilsenbeck, Elizabeth Gaukel, Charles, James, John and Richard Gaukel.
She is survived by: her children, Eugene Carr (Marcia) of Canfield and Diana Rudaski (John) of Washington, D. C.; her stepsons, Roy Carr, David Carr and Randy Carr; her brother Ken Gaukel; and her pet Jack. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
